Vinci Construction announces the acquisition of FM Conway Limited, a major player in public works in the UK, specializing in roadworks, civil engineering, asphalt and binder production, as well as various network businesses (water distribution and sewerage, lighting, cabling and road traffic management). This family-run business operates throughout England, particularly in the south-east. In 2023, the Vinci Group generated total sales of almost €6 billion and employed around 13,000 people.
Completion of this transaction is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals, and is scheduled for early 2025.
