With the acquisition of ToolQuick, the Kiloutou Group strengthens its presence in Spain. ToolQuick is the specialist in the rental of small professional machines for the construction, maintenance and renovation markets in Spain. It is present in Barcelona, Alicante, Valencia, Madrid, Malaga and Seville through 30 branches and partner building materials distributors, with a catalog of 300 different items. Kiloutou Spain has 98 employees, 55 branches, 400 team members and a fleet of nearly 20,000 items of equipment.
"ToolQuick is our eighth acquisition in Spain, but by far the most strategic. It is one of the few Spanish machine rental companies with a strong presence in several key provinces, and with a vocation for growth and expansion", says Cyril Brillouet, Managing Director of Kiloutou Spain.
The Kiloutou Group has sales of €1.2 billion, and operates 600 branches in France, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland. Its development is based on a model of mixed organic and external growth (60 external growth operations have been carried out over the last 10 years).
