Eiffage Group sales reached 11.09 billion euros in the 1st half of 2024, up 6.3% on the 1st half of 2023. The Group also benefits from strong long-term visibility, particularly in building and energy services.
The Works order book stood at 28.4 billion euros at June 30, 2024, up 43% year-on-year (+9% since the beginning of the year) and representing 18.2 months of activity for the Works divisions. Most of this growth concerns work to be carried out beyond 2025. In addition to the two major civil engineering contracts won at the end of 2023, the Group has secured major projects in 2024 in the Energy Systems (emergency power units for six EPR2-type reactors, in a consortium) and Construction (tertiary complex for the French Ministry of the Interior and Overseas Territories) divisions. For 2024, the Eiffage Group confirms its outlook for increased activity in the Works division and higher sales in Concessions.
Decarbonation
The Eiffage Group has had its greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets validated by the SBTI. The short-term targets (up to 2030) are a 46% reduction in scopes 1 and 2 and a 30% reduction in scope 3 compared with 2019. The long-term objective is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 90% for scopes 1, 2 and 3, and to achieve net-zero emissions across the value chain by 2050.
In this context, the group has launched a marketplace dedicated to construction products with verified environmental data. It enables buyers to choose their products according to their cost and carbon footprint, and sellers to highlight their products whose environmental footprint has been calculated and verified.
