Multiple interconnected sales channels, including an online store, mobile app, e-procurement solutions, depots and more than 1,200 field and office sales specialists in France (over 5,000 in Europe) support the development of the brand, which is accessible 24/7. Over 12 million contacts with professionals have been recorded. The group also has strong CSR ambitions, including an 80% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2030.
Berner France, under the leadership of Laurent Proust, will focus its growth in the coming years on strengthening its sales fundamentals, placing the customer even more at the heart of its strategy.
