Enerjump, partner of OTRE

Enerjump, a network of multi-renewable energy stations, has signed a national partnership agreement with OTRE. Enerjump offers energy mix solutions through its brands Gaz'up (independent network of public biogas stations) & Watt'up (network of electric charging stations). Enerjump is run by a group of French hauliers who are shareholders in the Gaz'up and Watt'up networks: some twenty hauliers own 40% of the company's capital and have 60% of the voting rights. The group is now inviting OTRE members to take part in a "Truckfunding" operation: an unprecedented fund-raising operation reserved for transport professionals (goods and passengers), to support a new phase of development.
" The challenge is to reconcile our development with: on the one hand, the arrival of investors to pursue this adventure, and on the other, the desire to preserve the DNA of Gaz'up, which has become Enerjump, a company in which transporters are closely associated. I think it's important to face up collectively to challenges that are bigger than any of us, whatever the size of our company. Even a small SME can be involved in the energy transition, " says Guillaume Chavanat, Chairman of Enerjump and head of Transports Poux (31).
