Eric Navarra has just been appointed Director of Customer Services for the Mobile Cranes division of Liebherr Distribution et Services France. He will be responsible for all after-sales operations, from Service Interventions to spare parts and heavy repairs. His mission will be to pursue the development and transformation of the Mobile Cranes Division's customer services. Based in Niederhergheim, he leads a team of 70 people dedicated to servicing mobile crane users. Eric Navarra brings his expertise and solid experience acquired in after-sales and sales management positions with truck manufacturers.
