In 2023, the Vinci Group saw its sales increase by 12% to €68.8 billion. This record level was achieved thanks to strong momentum in France and abroad. In France, sales rose 6% to 29.6 billion euros, while outside France, sales totaled 39.2 billion euros, up 16% on an actual basis and 13% on a like-for-like basis. "The Energy Division, still buoyed by the powerful underlying trends of the energy transition and the digital revolution, posted strong business growth. It now accounts for almost 40% of the Group's total sales," says Xavier Huillard, Chairman and CEO. VINCI Construction is also reporting a very high level of business, driven by the completion of major mobility infrastructure projects, as well as climate resilience and energy renovation works."
The Group remains confident about its outlook for 2024, with an order book at December 31, 2023 of €61.4 billion. Up 7% on December 31, 2022, it represents an average of almost 13 months of activity.
Vinci therefore expects a further increase in sales in 2024, albeit at a lower level than in 2023.
