With their new joint venture, TEAL Mobility, announced today, TotalEnergies and Air Liquide are accelerating the development of hydrogen distribution dedicated to heavy goods vehicles in Europe. TEAL Mobility is committed to deploying a network of 100 stations along major European roads. By 2024, some 20 stations will be in operation in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
The joint venture combines the expertise of its two founding companies: technologies and mastery of the entire hydrogen value chain on the one hand, and operation and management of station networks and energy distribution to BtoB customers on the other. This approach will stimulate the development of the entire industry, from truck design to the activities of transport operators.
