The DLR Federation offers companies two new texts of general rental conditions, with or without operator. Because these general rental (or sales) conditions are the legal basis for commercial negotiation and one of the major components of the supplier contract, these texts are suitable for all companies, and have been legally validated by the federation's lawyer. Given the constant demand from companies for such texts (which are not the text of the 2009 DLR/FFB/FNTP interprofessional CGs), DLR has produced and widely distributed this work so that professionals can make it their own and use it to enhance the value of their services and protect their interests.
