DIMOTRANS Group takes control of MOLDTRANS Group

DIMOTRANS Group, a French player in international transport and logistics, announces the acquisition of 78% of MOLDTRANS Group, a Spanish specialist in overland, overseas, and contract logistics activities. The transaction brings the two groups closer to consolidated revenue of approximately €1 billion and strengthens DIMOTRANS' position in the global supply chain.

With more than 3,000 employees across over 100 sites, DIMOTRANS now conducts nearly half of its business outside France. The acquisition will enable the two groups to combine their international networks and expand the range of services offered to customers.

Present in Spain, Portugal, and the Canary Islands since 1979, MOLDTRANS Group has 24 locations across the Iberian Peninsula. For Laurent Parat, CEO of DIMOTRANS Group, this operation "strengthens our European presence while maintaining our independence in the global supply chain." Carlos Moldes, President of MOLDTRANS Group, emphasizes that this merger "enables us to expand our support capacity across the entire logistics chain."
