As the French and European leader in equipment rental, and the world's 4th largest player in the sector, LOXAM is proud to announce its participation in the 48th edition of WorldSkills France, the major national trades competition, to be held at the Parc Chanot in Marseille from October 16 to 18, 2025. This exceptional event will bring together more than 800 young competitors from 15 regions, ready to do battle in more than 65 technical, technological and manual trades.
As a Gold partner, LOXAM reaffirms its strong commitment to promoting trades, vocational training and safety on construction sites.
On site, the Group will have a showcase stand on the esplanade, to present its flagship equipment and showcase its know-how.
And on October 16, LOXAM will welcome CFA students to a second stand dedicated to the construction division, to offer them a hands-on immersion in the Group's trades.
This partnership illustrates LOXAM's vision of investing in training and apprenticeships, the pillars of its HR policy. The Group is multiplying its partnerships with schools and CFAs to build bridges between young talent and the professional world.
Every year, dedicated work-study days and recruitment sessions enable us to detect and support tomorrow's talent, while at the same time introducing them to the many different professions in the rental industry. In 2024, nearly 200 work-study students were trained in LOXAM's businesses.
And 87% of our employees have received at least one training course, either online or at one of our Qualiopi-certified centers.
