Skyjack: performance meets silence

Skyjack: performance meets silence

It's official: Skyjack has just raised the curtain on a new generation of all-terrain 100% electric and hybrid articulating aerial work platforms. Under the names SJ45 AJE+, SJ60 AJE+, SJ45 AJHE+ and SJ60 AJHE+, these models, which have just arrived in North America, embody the new era of clean lifting, where power now goes hand in hand with zero emissions.

So you can choose your energy source, since Skyjack is committed to uncompromising versatility: electric, hybrid and diesel versions share the same dimensions, capacities and components.
A major advantage for rental companies, who can now offer a complete range by changing only... the type of energy. " Our new aerial platforms offer a clean, quiet and sustainable rental solution, while reducing operating costs ", explains Charlie Patterson, Skyjack's President.
A clear message: the energy transition is not an option, it's a competitive advantage. Technology remains at the service of the terrain, for these new machines have lost none of their "difficult terrain" DNA.
They feature the AXLDRIVETM system, a true mechanical four-wheel drive with oscillating axle and lockable differential. The result: 45% cross-country clearance and exemplary traction, even on the most hostile worksites. In terms of comfort, the EASYDRIVETM function makes life easier for the operator: no need to locate the steering arrows on the chassis, the machine naturally follows the movement of the joystick.
And to stay on course, the SKYRISERTM system ensures perfectly straight vertical deployment, no more front/rear drift, ideal for working as close as possible to a facade without repositioning the aerial platform. The SJ60 AJE+ and SJ60 AJHE+ models also benefit from the SPEEDYREACHTM system, enabling them to go from ground level to maximum height without activating the intermediate arm. Guaranteed to save time. Tough and connected, these aerial work platforms are not short of breath when it comes to autonomy: several days' work on a single charge, and less than 3 hours to recharge the hybrid version. The machines retain a lifting capacity of up to 454 kg (1,000 lb), enough to carry operators and tools without a hitch. Connectivity is also part of the equation: via ELEVATE Live, a simple QR code gives access to all maintenance and operating data, without the need for a password or application. Simple, robust and built to last - that's the company's philosophy. On-board electronics remain intuitive thanks to the SkyCoded system, and diagnostics are read out in clear text on the on-board display. No need for complex calibrations: everything is designed for rapid maintenance and maximum availability. " Our new nacelles are designed to maximize service life and facilitate day-to-day maintenance. Common parts between models simplify repairs and reduce downtime ", emphasizes Jonathan Reinhart, Skyjack Product Manager. In short: the future is (almost) silent. With the AJE+ and AJHE+ ranges, Skyjack demonstrates that it's possible to combine power, sobriety and operating comfort without sacrificing performance.
An all-terrain aerial work platform that climbs high, slips in anywhere, and... doesn't even wake the neighbors. Simply Electric. Simply Reliable.
That says it all.
