Hyundai Material Handling presents the B-X series, a new range of high-voltage electric forklifts (309-348 V) designed for operations from 4 to 9 tons. Designed to meet the demands of intensive work, they offer comparable performance to diesel models, with zero emissions, and remain operational in difficult climatic conditions.
The B-X Series LFP lithium-ion battery features an integrated cooling and heating system, guaranteeing stable power and reliable operation, whatever the temperature. Fast recharging (up to 120 kW) enables a full charge in around an hour, for a runtime of up to 11 hours.
Ergonomics and safety
The cab, quieter and less prone to vibration, offers a comfortable driving environment. The trucks feature several assistance functions: regenerative braking, anti-rollback system, adaptable driving modes (High / Normal / Eco) and safety options such as pedestrian and load detection or Blue Spot / Red Zone lighting.
Optimized maintenance and reduced costs
Thanks to its simplified design and IP67/IP69-rated components, the B-X series requires less maintenance. Hyundai estimates annual savings of up to 70% on fuel and maintenance compared with a diesel model, or up to €73,000 over ten years. The HiMate fleet management system enables remote monitoring and real-time diagnostics.
Heavier models (10 to 18 tonnes) are scheduled for 2026, completing a range designed for the energy transition of materials handling operations.
