A simple but formidable concept, the hydraulically folding rear section of the semi-trailer can be used either as a conventional access ramp, or as a horizontal platform offering up to 3,000 mm of additional loading space. " Thanks to the new Flip-Tail ramp, we enable our customers to transport their equipment much more efficiently and, above all, with greater flexibility. When not in use, the ramp folds down to reduce the vehicle's length by 2,400 mm, a major advantage when working in dense urban areas or on cramped industrial sites, where manoeuvrability is often lacking.
A load capacity of up to 10 tonnes, combined with a minimum angle of attack of 9°, makes it easy to transport aerial work platforms, forklift trucks and other low-clearance machines. All hydraulic functions can be controlled remotely, while the three-part extendable ramp adapts in an instant to the width of the dock or unloading ramp, perfect for operations in logistics halls or at freight forwarders, where ground access is often limited.
