The thunderbolt that almost unsealed Jesus at Beaune's Hôtel Dieu. Thanks to the responsiveness of companies such as Meursault location , Sommier location , Cayon levage but also the Hospices de Beaune , Mr. Côme Lugagne Delpon renowned stonemason , the city of Beaune ... the worst was avoided . Imagine a lightning storm on Saturday night, when lightning struck the Hospices lightning conductor, ricocheting off the statue of Jesus. Damaged, the work of art, weighing almost 400 kg and standing at a height of around 30 metres, required the utmost precautions. Right in the middle of the Bourgogne BTP expo trade show, Manumag magazine was called in to cover the event! A 60-tonne Cayon Grove crane and a Palfinger PK480 gondola, just delivered to Sommier Location last week, were working to ensure the safety and preservation of our heritage and this monument. What unfailing professionalism in this operation... bravo!
