A new CombiMAX for Wack Transports

Wack Transports adds a new CombiMAX 3+5 to its fleet. Based in Rohrbach-lès-Bitche (57), Wack Transports provides exceptional transport services throughout Europe.

It was at the Lentzweiller site that Pierre and André Wack came to take delivery of this impressive new vehicle. They opted for a combination of a 3-axle bogie and a 5-axle bogie, fitted with 17.5″ tires. The platform is distinguished by its continuous steel loading surface, enabling maximum point loads. This makes the vehicle perfectly equipped for transporting and unloading transformers sideways. The construction height of the platform is 225 mm, providing a loading height of 375 mm with a ground clearance of 150 mm. Additional extension beams of 3,000 and 4,000 mm enable operators to adapt the combination to the length of the load. Pendle axles guarantee optimum maneuverability and stability, even on difficult terrain and roads.

A long-standing Faymonville partner, Wack Transports took delivery of its first TeleMAX semi-trailer in 1993, and over the years has added several more MultiMAX, MegaMAX and GigaMAX semi-trailers. The first mission of this vehicle will start soon, and will leave Italy for France.
