Yale Lift Truck Technologies has developed the new ERP2.2-3.5N series of battery-powered electric forklifts. With a capacity of up to 3.5 tonnes, they can be adapted to a variety of uses thanks to a wide range of options. Featuring a spacious cab and a mast with optimized visibility, these trucks also offer the optional Yale Reliant system for enhanced safety. One of the major innovations of this series is the ability for customers to specify the motor option best suited to their application and priorities. "The standard option includes AC induction motors for traction and hydraulic pump, an ideal choice for many warehouses. However, the enhanced motor package may be more appropriate for those with relatively intensive activity", Fraser Brash points out.
