Bavarian transport company W&P is accelerating its transition to e-mobility. Already equipped with three eActros 300s, it has integrated 20 new Mercedes-Benz eActros 600s, electric trucks offering a range of up to 500 km. To support this development, W&P has also inaugurated a recharging park with 56 charging points, powered by a photovoltaic system and 15,000 kWh storage. "As a freight forwarder specializing in sustainable logistics for the recycling industry and the high-end textile sector, it was clear to us that the future is electric," says Alexander Wehr, Managing Director of W&P.
TruckCharge brings together all Daimler Truck services related to electric truck charging infrastructure: consulting, installation and operation. This comprehensive offering, open to all truck makes, enables companies to maximize the potential of electrifying their fleet, whether in-house or managed externally.
