Innovations and services at Palfinger

The new PK 880 TEC crane will be presented to the world market for the first time at bauma. This crane combines the cutting-edge technologies of the TEC series with the latest CONNECTED plus+ system to deliver the best precision and lifting performance, as well as maximum uptime thanks to valuable information based on company data.

The brand-new range of TEC aerial work platforms includes four models ranging from 19 to 28 meters, two of which are world firsts. These versatile models on 3.5-tonne rigids can be fitted with the optional eDRIVE battery pack for silent, low-emission operation.

Services at the heart of its strategy

With the ambition of doubling its service-related sales to 700 million euros by 2030, the Group is showcasing its wide range of service offerings.
At Bauma, the Group is showing Palfinger Connected and the VR1 simulator in action. Connected is the Group's fleet management offering: from access to machine-specific data to proactive service options and the latest functions and features based on real-time data. The VR1 training simulator offers an immersive training experience using virtual reality to train operators in realistic conditions, so that they can improve their skills safely and efficiently.
Another major innovation is the launch of PALDESK, a centralized database offering free access to documentation and machine history, and PALDIAG CMI, an advanced diagnostic software package.
