GP Mat International, distributor of Raimondi tower cranes in France, has taken delivery of the first two T147 flat-top cranes for its rental fleet.
"We are proud to enhance GP Mat's product offering by adding two Raimondi T147s to our fleet, strengthening our offering for the French market," commented Frank Torchard, President of GP Mat. The company's rental fleet now comprises over 200 Raimondi cranes, including three new T187 flat-top tower cranes.
T147 cranes are currently being mobilized by HD Construction on a residential project in Monteux, France, comprising 376 apartments, restaurants and green spaces. The T147-8t flat-top cranes are mounted at a height of 24 m and configured with 40 m jibs and a 4.35 t end-of-boom load capacity. Both are equipped with the Lumina cab, and the advanced features of ConCore, Raimondi's innovative control system.
A Raimondi MRT159 tower crane, with a lifting height of 33 m and a boom length of 44 m, is also mobilized on this site. "The MRT159 remains one of our most popular models in the region, while the Raimondi Class 110 series cranes offer technical and operational advances, including improved fault diagnosis, faster commissioning and enhanced overall safety," Franck Torchard points out.
The cranes were installed in the third quarter and will be working on site for around 14 months.
